What is AIVoxaPro?

AIVoxaPro is a professional AI voice agent that answers your business phone calls 24/7. It books appointments, answers frequently asked questions, takes orders, and transfers calls to the right person — in a natural, human-like voice. AIVoxaPro is a product of NexGen Automations and is installed on-site for businesses across the Greater Toronto Area.

How does the AI voice agent work?

When a customer calls your business number, the AI answers instantly in a natural voice — any time, day or night. It understands the request, then books an appointment, answers a question, takes an order, or transfers the call to the right department. After every call you receive notifications, full transcripts, and analytics in your dashboard.

Do you install the system on-site, and what areas do you serve?

Yes. For our HybridEdge Pro and Enterprise Vault packages, our technicians come to your location, install and configure the hardware and software, and train your staff in person. On-site visits are complimentary across the Greater Toronto Area; a travel fee may apply beyond the GTA. The cloud-only CloudVox Starter package is set up fully online with no on-site visit required.

How much does AIVoxaPro cost?

AIVoxaPro offers three packages. CloudVox Starter is $1,000 down plus $50/month (ideal for clinics, salons, and restaurants). HybridEdge Pro is $2,500 down plus $100/month (for hotels, retail chains, and multi-site operations). Enterprise Vault is $8,000 down plus $300/month (for healthcare, government, and large corporations). Per-minute usage is billed on top of the monthly base, and custom packages are available on request. All prices are in USD plus applicable taxes.

Is there a free trial or demo?

Yes. A free test demo is available on request so you can experience the AI before you decide, and we offer a free, no-obligation on-site consultation to assess your needs. The CloudVox Starter package also includes a free trial available on request, with no long-term lock-in — you can cancel anytime.

Which industries does AIVoxaPro support?

AIVoxaPro builds AI voice agents for restaurants, hotels, healthcare clinics, schools, career services, retail, and real estate. Each deployment is tailored to that industry’s workflows — for example, reservations for restaurants, appointment scheduling for healthcare, and viewing bookings for real estate.

What languages can the AI speak?

The AI supports English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and more. Additional language packs can be added so the AI speaks your customers’ language.

Can the AI transfer calls to a real person?

Yes. The AI can transfer calls to any phone number. On the HybridEdge Pro and Enterprise Vault packages it can also transfer to internal SIP extensions through the built-in PBX system, so callers reach the right department seamlessly.

Does it integrate with my calendar, CRM, and other tools?

Yes. AIVoxaPro integrates with tools you already use, including Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Calendly, and Acuity for scheduling, and Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho for CRM. It also connects to email, SMS, WhatsApp, and many other services. Some integrations are available as add-ons — contact us for a custom quote.

How is my data secured and kept private?

Your data is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, optional two-factor authentication (2FA/TOTP), role-based access control with four permission levels, and audit logging. You can deploy on your own infrastructure or use our secure cloud, and we never train our AI on your data.

How long does setup take?

It depends on the package. CloudVox Starter is typically ready in about one week and is set up online. HybridEdge Pro takes 1–2 weeks and includes on-site hardware installation. Enterprise Vault takes 3–4 weeks for a full enterprise deployment and configuration.

Do I need technical skills to use it?

No. There is no coding or technical setup on your end. Our team handles installation and configuration, and we train your staff on how to use the dashboard and manage the AI assistant. You just focus on running your business.
